- What We SupplyAt Cygnum we take your architects drawing and we supply the following. We supply and install: - A soleplate fitted to your foundation. This allows us to check the dimensional accuracy of the foundation.
- External wall panels with 140mm stud framework, 9mm OSB3 sheeting and breather membrane factory fitted [click here to see wall cross section].
- Internal wall panels with 90mm stud framework with studs at 400mm centres.
- Mid floors in loose joists or panels.
- Roof structure, including trusses, purlins, structural bracing and fascia backing board.
- Gable ladders to carry your roof over the external leaf of the house.
- Felt and battens are a standard supply only item. We also offer a supply and fitting service.

- Insulation (thermal and acoustic)
- Doors
- Skirting and architrave
- Vapour Barrier
ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED - Foundation materials
- Bricks, blocks, stone or concrete products
- External windows and doors
- Roof slates or tiles
- Plaster/taping and jointing materials
- Fitted kitchen
- Plumbing, sanitary ware and electrical requirements
- PVC guttering and all other rainwater goods
