The design team were approachable and attended regular design team meetings, liaising with the Engineer and Architect to resolve issues and progress the design to construction issue drawings.

Supply schedule issued and generally adhered too, any changes were notfied, a three day delay was caused to the second floor due to the factory being unable to produce floor cassettes quickly enough, the job was reprogrammed by Cygnum to rectify and they still acheived the agreed completion date.

The site team lead by Michael worked safely and effectively any concerns were raised and dealt with efficiently, a good working relationship existed throughout the contract duration of 7 weeks.  Michael was awared the monthly Health & Safety award, and his whole team of fixers have worked to there method statement and adhered to all H & S requirements.

Finally Willmott Dixon would be happy to work with Cygnum on future projects.

We have been very impressed by Cygnum, the design period went well, with Cygnum working closely with our design team to meet production dates. Cygnum met all our production dates with frames being received onto site in line with agreed dates and handed over ready for following trades on time.
